Paciente masculino de 72 años de edad, quien sufrió traumatismo craneoencefálico secundario a caída de aproximadamente 1 metro de altura, provocándose hematoma subdural fronto-temporo-parietal derecho con síntomas de dolor de cabeza intenso, náuseas, mareos y disminución de la fuerza de brazo y pierna izquierda. Se realizó drenaje de hematoma de aproximadamente 200 cc. de contenido hemático. Posterior a la cirugía el paciente NO presenta ninguno de los síntomas antes mencionados, volviendo a sus actividades normales.
