A 56-year-old female, with symptoms of posterior cervical pain and irradiation to the left upper limb for 16 months and 8 days prior to surgery, a decrease in muscle strength in the fingers of the left hand was added. X-ray of the complete cervical spine on 12-12-23 with findings of cervical muscle spasm, decreased intervertebral space C5-C6, posterior impingement at the level of C5-C6.
CERVICAL SPINE MRI on 12-13-23 with findings of posterior central protrusion of the C5-C6 and C6-C7 intervertebral disc. Annular fissure of the C6-C7 intervertebral disc.
Right cervical anterior approach surgery was performed on 12-15-23 with microdiscectomy, foraminotomy and decompression of the nerve root of C5-C6, bilateral C6-C7 and placement of an interbody device in C5-C6 and C6-C7.

Rayos X columna cervical del 10-02-2024 con hallazgos de dispositivo intersomático intervertebral a nivel de C5-C6 y C6-C7 en buena posición. Actualmente a 2 meses después de la cirugía, la paciente no presenta ninguno de los síntomas que presentaba antes de la intervención quirúrgica.
